Calling All Larks & Owls
It’s time to wake up!
In-person Saturday June 13th, 1-4PM in Erie PA
Online, June 28th 6:30-9PM
We all have wondered how to dose a particular herb. Where to obtain dosing information and how to apply it?
We regularly talk about influences such as size, age, frailty and pharmaceutical regimes that can, and often do, affect dosing.
But what else might we explore to optimize our care?
In this workshop will look at patterns, time and in particular circadian rhythms.
We’ll discuss “sameness” and “variability”.
We’ll explore why these influences can, and do, make a measurable difference when designing a protocol and when assessing its effects.
We’ll talk a lot about dosing schedules and a variety of ways to change things up.
And so, I ask you once again … it’s an important question … are you, or a person you’re working with, a night owl or a morning lark?
Details: I’m running this workshop at least twice in 2026: in-person Saturday June 13th, 1-4PM in Erie PA and online, June 28th 6:30-9PM. The cost is $45, handouts included.
