For your first consultation, please be sure to bring
~ any questions and concerns that you may have about working together

~ a list of topics that you would like to discuss or symptom experiences that spurred
you to make this appointment.

Additionally, please collect the supplements, vitamins, herbs, pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter (OTC) medications that you’re currently taking on a regular basis. If you will kindly have them to hand, we’ll discuss these at the end of your consultation.

Our conversation will explore your health experiences, your health history and a multitude of factors that affect your daily well-being.
